Therapy is a relationship, and it can take time to build trust and connection. That said, most clients find they get a good sense of who I am within our initial consultation or between the first 1-2 sessions. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about my practice, background, or clinical experience.

I currently provide telehealth sessions for clients throughout California. I do see clients in-person in Orange County, CA, although my scheduling can be limited.

I work with adults, and my expertise is in relationship trauma, executive professionals and stress, couples therapy, and fathers and parenting. I don’t provide therapy for children.

My standard appointment is generally 55-60 minutes. I also offer 85-90 minute sessions for both individuals and couples.

I generally recommend once a week, particularly at the onset of therapy. However, this varies based on each client’s unique needs and preferences. We’ll discuss the frequency of sessions together.

I charge $175 for individual sessions and $200 for couples sessions. Payment is collected at the time of service.

I reserve a few sliding scale slots for newer therapists and graduate students. These are subject to scheduling availability and are not guaranteed. Please contact me to inquire.

I do not accept insurance. If you have a PPO health insurance policy and wish to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide you with a receipt for services (also known as a superbill).

My training and background are in attachment-focused, experiential, and humanistic work. I integrate Imago and emotionally-focused therapy in my work with couples.
